Prior to any of the below services being provided to your business, there is an introductory meeting, where your main business needs are identified and customised training, coaching and support material is then developed to meet these needs.
Customised one-on-one coaching
The coaching programme delivers 1 to 2 hour coaching sessions to identify and address a managers key result areas that require additional focus, to improve business results. A key aspect of this coaching is to ensure the manager delivers messages to their teams or individuals in a collaborative manner that is going to produce optimal results.
There are up to 10 coaching sessions delivered and these can be separated by a time frame that meets business requirements.
Coaching sessions can address such issues as:
- Improving customer service
- Managing poor performance
- Increasing self – awareness
- Motivating teams
- Developing business strategies
- Setting business and individual goals
- Improving staff morale
- Increasing sales results
- Communication skills
- Managing difficult staff
Small group workshops
Workshops are a less intensive approach, than one on one coaching, but deliver some of the same customised content, to ensure that staff are aligned to their Managers direction and business goals. These can be identified during the workshop as a team activity or be reinforced with the Managers support, during the session.
Depending on the topic being covered it is recommended that the manager is present for some or the majority of the workshop to show support for the content.
Workshops can be half day, full day or split over 2 days depending on your business requirements.
To ensure uptake in learning, small group training can include:
- Peer presentations
- Small group discussions
- Learner assessments
- Skills practice
Large group facilitation
Performance Principles develop bespoke presentations for your staff, when you require the same message to be delivered to your customers or if there is a business wide change that needs the full teams support.
Group facilitation can be presentation style only, or include breakout sessions into smaller groups for more intensive work.
These sessions can be from 2 to 6 hours depending on the business content required to be delivered.
Online learning packages
Performance Principles develops customised online training modules that meet the needs of your business for mandatory training requirements or specialized training that does not require face to face delivery.
Modules can be “read along” or interactive to match the content complexity. They can include online assessments to record learner understanding or meet a required pass standard. This can also include learner feedback on the module to gauge staff satisfaction or improve future module content.
Support material, post training delivery, such as a help page, including frequently asked questions or step by step guides, can be developed for the training package.
Over-the-phone coaching
Performance Principles recognises that your time is valuable, so one to one coaching can be delivered in part or whole as over-the-phone coaching, with complimentary presentation packs sent to you to discuss during the phone coaching session.
Over-the-phone coaching sessions can cover such topics as:
