Performance Principles
Delivering business success through people
About Us
Hear from Karen, founder of Performance Principles
Performance Principles was created by Karen Keating in 2014 to meet the needs of small business and corporate clients, who want to exceed their business targets through the results of their staff.
A key difference in the Performance Principles approach is not only identifying where staff development is required, but how the manager most effectively delivers these key messages to their people.
Delivering consistently high performance results, through people, is not achieved on an ongoing basis purely through customer service, time management, or sales training. It is the outcome of a people focussed manager, motivating and engaging staff in such a way that they want to achieve results for their manager, despite having short time frames, working with difficult customers, or having high targets.
People orientated management establishes empowered and professional staff, who understand why a business has particular targets and what they individually need to do to achieve these.
